Your CarrXpert lifetime warranty is our way of saying we stand behind our work, and that we want you to be completely satisfied with the repairs our trained professionals have just completed on your vehicle. Our warranty is only valid for those repairs completed by a CarrXpert Collision Centre.

The insured must still be the owner of the vehicle at the time of the claim;
The warranty is only applicable to repairs made by a member of the CarrXpert network;
The parts have a warranty limited to that offered by the manufacturer;
All claims under this warranty will have to be submitted to a member of the CarrXpert network. The latter may require seeing the vehicle in order to determine the claim's admissibility;
The client must provide, to the representative of the CarrXpert network, the invoice, the warranty certificate and the quote for a repair covered by his/her insurance company.

This warranty is not applicable to a vehicle used for commercial purposes;
This warranty is not applicable to damage caused by rust or normal aging of the vehicle, poor handling inappropriate use), chemical fall-out, pollution or damage caused by another collision or acts of vandalism ;
The present warranty cannot exceed the initial cost of the repairs made.
